Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Skullmak Design Studios. Given the bespoke and custom nature of our products, our policy is structured to protect both the integrity of our craftsmanship and your satisfaction. 

Custom-Made Furniture

A. Non-refundable policy

All custom-made furniture pieces are built to your specific requirements, dimensions, and material choices. Due to the personalized and unique nature of these products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom furniture once the production process has begun. 

B. Cancellation before production

You may cancel a custom furniture order within [e.g., 48 hours] of placing the order and paying the initial deposit. In this case, your deposit will be fully refunded. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable as we begin sourcing materials and allocating labor for your project. 

C. Damage or defects

  1. Reporting damage: Upon delivery, you are responsible for inspecting the furniture for any damages or manufacturing defects. Any issues must be reported to us in writing within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery, along with clear photographic or video evidence. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
  2. Resolution: If a valid manufacturing defect or transit damage is confirmed, Skullmak Design Studios will, at its discretion, repair the defective item or replace it with a new item of the same specifications. A full refund will only be offered if we are unable to repair or replace the product.
  3. Transit damage: Damage that occurs during shipping is not the liability of Skullmak Design Studios. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we will not issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. 

Handmade Jewellery

For handmade jewellery, returns are accepted under specific conditions. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation. Return requests should be made within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery. 

To initiate a return, contact us with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a trackable service is recommended. Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within [e.g., 7-10] business days after inspection. If you receive damaged or defective jewelry, contact us within [e.g., 48 hours] with evidence for a potential repair, replacement, or refund with covered return shipping. 

General Information

Original shipping fees, payment gateway charges, and customization costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Skullmak Design Studios retains the right to make final decisions on all returns and refunds. Contact us directly for any questions or disputes.
